Barney Frank Accused of Fannie Mae Conflict of Interest
3/10/2008Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank seems to be in a bit of trouble over the whole Fannie Mae mess. It seems that in addition to receiving quite a bit of money from Fannie Mae over the years, Frank’s boyfriend Herb Moses worked at the mortgage lender from 1991-1998, during which Frank was on the House Banking Committee (a committee that has jurisdiction over Fannie Mae).
