Candidate Obama vs. President Obama: Change We Can Believe In?

24/03/2009

The main problem with the Obamabots is that they simply ceased paying attention once Obama won the election. However, for those who are paying attention, here’s a video cataloging some of Obama’s campaign promises, and contrasting them with his actual governing choices.

Not pretty.

More proof of Obama’s socialist agenda

27/10/2008

You can tell alot about a candidate about what they spoke about before they were running for office. Here, in 2001, Obama waxes poetic about his socialist agenda, and how it is a tradgedy that income redistribution was not pursued by the Supreme Court.

Here’s the audio of the conversation.

This, along with the manner in which the Obama campaign has come down hard on anyone who dares ask tough questions, has made me fearful of what an Obama administration would hold.

With 2, maybe 3 Supreme Court Justice nominations available to him, and a filibuster proof Democratic “super majority” in both houses, there is literally no limit to what the socialist Dems could push though as law.

Barney Frank Accused of Fannie Mae Conflict of Interest

3/10/2008

Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank seems to be in a bit of trouble over the whole Fannie Mae mess. It seems that in addition to receiving quite a bit of money from Fannie Mae over the years, Frank’s boyfriend Herb Moses worked at the mortgage lender from 1991-1998, during which Frank was on the House Banking Committee (a committee that has jurisdiction over Fannie Mae).

If you don’t see the problem with that, I can’t really help you.

Additionally, since I’m dumping on Frank, check out O’Reilly jumping down his throat.
